DO YOU HAVE ANY STOCKISTS?

Our watches are exclusively sold online only.

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATERPROOF?

Our fashion watches aren't intended for sporting, water or high intensity sports wherein the watch may come to be damaged due to excessive force, water or heat exposure. These watches carry a 3ATM Waterproof Rating (meaning they are water resistant only) and can only be exposed to light splashes of water such as rain or washing your hands. It’s not recommended to have your watch come into contact with large amounts of moisture and water as it may reduce the lifespan of your watch.

Fashion watch collections are not covered via guarantee from water damage as they are not designed for water sports and other similar activities. Please do not submerge the watch for long periods of time or go swimming/participate in water sports with the watch.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR WATCH STRAPS/BANDS?

Please refer to each product's individual description for the correct length and width of our watch bands.

DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS TO LOOK AFTER MY STRAPS/BANDS?

To help protect your watch strap for as long as possible, here are some tips to keep in mind...

  • Remove your strap before having a bath or shower.
  • Avoid any contact with water or humidity.
  • Avoid immersing it in swimming pools or the ocean while you’re at the beach.
  • Avoid spraying or applying perfumes or skin creams directly onto the strap.
  • Remove your strap before carrying out any kind of intense work or labour to avoid detrimental damage.

If your strap requires cleaning, rinse it in clean, cold water only and never leave it to soak. Then ensure you dry it thoroughly using a soft cloth and leave it to dry completely, without exposing it to the sun or any other strong sources of heat.

ABOUT OUR WATCHES

Above everything, our watch designs are what set Boston Outlaw apart. A design that is instantly recognizable as a watch that is stripped back to the bare essentials of what a timepiece should be about. The dial of our watch is unique to the Boston Outlaw brand and encompasses our motto of simplicity being the ultimate sophistication.

We use genuine leather and stainless steel for our watch straps, and have plans to release a 40/42mm range in the near future for those who prefer a larger dial. The ever reliable Swiss Ronda Movement powers the watch which is encased within 316L Stainless Steel for superb durability.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday.

We try our best to get our orders shipped within a 24 hour time frame, however, this may at times extend to 48 hours within busy promotional periods or times of the year such as Christmas.

If your order is being sent to a business address, please include the company name on the order as this makes it easier for the postal service to deliver to the right location. Parcels which are rejected by the receiver or have an incorrect address, may result in the parcel being returned to sender. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation if this does occur.

Australian Shipping

Registered Post (FREE via Australia Post for Orders Above $100 AUD)

*Orders below $100 AUD Carry a $8.00 Shipping Fee.

Most Registered Post orders within Australia will arrive within 4-10 working days. Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive, in particular during high load shipping dates such as Christmas.

Express Shipping – $12.00 AUD (via Australia Post)

Express Post orders within Australia will arrive within 2-6 working days. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive, in particular during high load shipping dates such as Christmas.

International Shipping

All International parcels are shipped via Australia Post before being forwarded onto the destination country's preferred parcel carrier. Please note: Boston Outlaw cannot be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the delivery of your order at your selected country. Delivery delays can occur through customs processes which is out of our control.

Please allow between 12-35 business days for International Orders to arrive depending on your area. If your order has not arrived after this period, please get in touch with us at support@bostonoutlaw.com.

A flat shipping rate of $25 AUD applies to all international orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADDRESS ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If an order needs to be changed or cancelled, including delivery address errors, after being processed, please contact us immediately via email. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for the incorrect details you have entered.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY?

Boston Outlaw offers a 14-day return policy after the item has been shipped from our premises.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange within this period, your product must be:

  • In the same condition as sold, with the original box and tag.
  • Unworn.
  • You must have proof of purchase (The Order Number & Customer Name).

If for any reason you need to return a product outside of the 14-day period, please contact us at support@bostonoutlaw.com.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Navigate to our website (bostonoutlaw.com), and click on the support tab where you will find our Returns Form Page. Complete the online form with your details and we will get in touch with you once it has been received.

Once received and assessed by our team, and if suitable, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and funds will be returned to the Credit Card or PayPal account that was used for the original transaction. If you wish to exchange an item, we will organise this and dispatch your new item within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Please ensure you post back your returned item using a traceable/registered service, as Boston Outlaw will not be held liable for any lost packages. Remember to hold on to your tracking number to make sure the return package has arrived.

Boston Outlaw does not cover any return postage costs associated with domestic or international orders, all costs that are associated with returning items to us are the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE FAQs

Boston Outlaw gives a one year manufacturer’s watch guarantee.

We take into account that accidents do occur, however, our fashion watches aren't intended for sporting, water or high intensity sports wherein the watch may come to be damaged due to excessive force, water or heat exposure. What does our manufacturer's guarantee consist of?

Any errors due to the manufacturing of the watches inclusive of defects will be protected by guarantee.

What isn't covered within the guarantee?

  • Our one year guarantee does not encompass any damage caused to the watch via normal use. For example: dropping your watch, bumps, wear and tear and so on.
  • Our guarantee does not include the watch battery.
  • If the watch is engraved this unfortunately is not protected by the guarantee.

The manufacturer’s guarantee additionally does not include general ‘wear and tear’ to the watch strap.

Water Damage:
